Return & Replacement Policy

At Bagira, we take quality and hygiene seriously. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

No Returns / No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • We do not accept returns of used or unused products.


Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product is broken

  • Product has leakage

  • Product received is defective at the time of delivery


How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, the customer must contact our sales team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

  • Replacement requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

  • Replacement is subject to verification by our quality team.

  • No cash refunds, store credits, or cancellations are applicable.


Final Decision

All replacement approvals are at the sole discretion of Bagira / Sona Leela Private Limited.
